About ACMS Delhi The Army College of Medical Sciences came into existence in 2008, and the college is known as ACMS. ACMS Delhi is affiliated with Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, New Delhi. The college is recognised by the Medical Council of India (MCI) and has a capacity of 100 UG student admissions per year. The ACMS Delhi courses include an undergraduate programme that includes MBBS.
